Compared to the enthusiasm of Hong Kong businessmen, European and American companies are much more cautious. Workers are untrained, delivery and shipment are delayed, management and technical personnel are lacking, legal rights issues are volatile, and sales in the domestic Chinese market are limited, which makes major investors in Europe and America hesitant to act rashly." By the end of this year, the largest industrial investment project in Shenzhen was the Pepsi Cola factory, with a total investment of 5.5 million US dollars.
